What We Offer: Applied Tutoring offers premium one-on-one tutoring sessions for high school students and college students in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and the surrounding area. Subject matters range from accounting, mathematics, chemistry, computer science, statistics, biology and much more. Sessions may be booked by the hour with a rate ranging from $35 to $40 per hour based on the number of hours purchased with our prepaid packages.

Please note there is a 24-hour notice requirement for cancellation. Students who cancel a booked session within 24 hours of the session will incur the full cost of the missed appointment (a minimum of $40).

One-on-One Sessions

These sessions allow students to master concepts, receive help with homework, and prepare for exams with a tutor. This type of session is especially beneficial for students who struggle with study skills, accountability, organization, or asking questions in classroom. The student can work through problems or concepts at his or her own pace.

Study Hall

Need tutors specifically for your Greek organization? Study Hall sessions are designed specifically to serve a large amount of Greek members in multiple subjects.
